Lookup.ini - very basic question

I would like to set up all activities so that each type of activity is recorded in a particular colour and populated the code field. So far, all I have is:

[Autoupdate]
[calclrcode]
a=0
c=2

Which makes appointments appear in blue and calls in red. What are the equivalences for all other types of activities and colours, and how do I integrate a code as well; e.g. appointment to say APP, call to say CALL.
