Not really. Your best bet would be to use Access and link in the file you receive. Then do a SQL specific pass through query to the Customer Master file where I am assuming you have the DUNS number stored somewhere. Create a select query linking on the DUNS number. The create a DSN data source with the Access database. Then create a VI job based on ODBC and read the query.
