Lookup check return module user or lock locker

Hey folks,
We can't open the check-return module as it says someone already has it open. I think the regular fix here is to check restart records (there are none) then while no transactions are active, delete SITE/semaphor.bin. Is that reasonable?
It also makes me wonder how can I see which user has the check-return module open, or other modules in general, or other locks in general in Accpac?

Yes, delete SEMAPHOR.BIN. There is no other way to check, we've been asking Accpac to give us that for a decade.

FYI I spend some time groveling through the semaphor.bin file -> it's fairly straight forward but it does not contain user nor time info. Oh well
