I had been looking for a site for a while that would allow you to easily lookup up the location of a number for a while based on the area and exchange codes, but had not come across any that were entirely useful. I found some that allowed you to lookup up and area code location, but for large area codes that is not particularly telling information. I finally gave up and wrote one myself and figured I would share it with those that are interested. It is located at Let me know if you find any problems with it or have any suggestions.

Cheers,
Adam

GO TO GOOGLE, IN THE SEARCH LOCATION PLACE THE 10 DIGIT NUMBER AS 312-456-7890. IF IT'S NOT NON-PUB NON-LISTED IT WILL EVEN ASK YOU IF YOU WANT A MAP TO THE LOCATIONN

I don't know what you are using for source material but for CALIFORNIA you are missing many NXX codes in all NPAs! What happened to the paging codes?

They are valid codes! Also NPA 951 is completely missing. You can download up-to-date files from the NANPA website....

....JIM....

Worked fine on my Mac using Firefox.

Also handled the NPA-NXX's I submitted fine (just a few)
