Looking up alphanumeric character from code

Hi there
I am trying to find an alphanumeric value from a memory address on a Meridian PBX, which I believe runs a variant of unix.
I have the memory address

You're going to have to talk to the manufacturer about that one. Even if someone translated those values to another format, there's the NUXI problem.
