Looking to format a lable report to print on a special printer

Hi,
My client has a special printer that would like to print the labels on. The printer is a continues feed and it prints label size of 29mm X 90mm. This lable format is not in the available list. I tried to create a custom format but I get an error that says "The program could not print your layout".

Any ideas?

Did you try to make your label smaller?
And if so does anything come thru?

If not, try to make a tiny label, select the special printer via the page setup and then try to print again.

Does it print to screen ?

Actually, I thought of the same thing but the printer is not located where I am working. I am going to take the new code and test it on the acutal printer and let you know.
