the programming record off a 1000e. Is this possible? I would like to gather a cut sheet with user name, ext., port number and so on. It would take a long time to have to go through each user to get the info. please advise

that file gives you great excel macros.. you dial in and capture the tnb.. of dnb or all networking.. the macros put it in a readable form..

yes downloading from a 1000 is not really a download.. you tell the screen to print, then you get streaming data at 9600 baud..(defaault) and max is only 19.2.. because it is streaming you can not see file size..if you have someone on site, have them do the local capture and send it as an email..

my tnd is only 2 meg, 7000+ Stations but takes roughly 4 hours to prt at 19.2..
