My company will be getting a fractional T1 line installed very soon. I am not familiar with firewalls but I've heared that PIX is one of the best. My question is:

1. Is it easy to configure and administer?
2. How reliable is it?
3. Is it necessary? (We currently have an ISA server.)

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

1:) I would have to say that it is not easy at first to configure but it can be picked up fast

2:) very Reliable i feel that goes for all cisco products

3:) ISA and PIX are a awsome team the PIX takes care of the lower OSI Layers and the the ISA takes care of the uper Layers

Good Luck

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like Cisco is the way to go.
