Looking for Toshiba Cix40 KSU tech support

Hello
Is there any one who has experience with Toshiba phone systems?
I have an third party IVR that is not answering after a power bump but the phone system continues to work. I think it could be programming on the ports that answer for the IVR but not sure
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
