Hi there,
I would consider myself a fairly advanced Linux user (well on the server at least).
I have been using it on the desktop for a good while now but i am never sure what applications are worth checking out (since there are so many).
What i want to do is burn a DVD with my nice new dvd burner.
Ubuntu recognised it and loads the appropriate modules so all i need is some software.
Here is the quesion;- Every link from google'ing "DVD burning on Linux" describes a command line process.
Usually i love the command line, but in trying to get to grips with Linux on the Desktop I want to only use GUI tools. That way i can start encouraging my non-linux friends to switch.
Can anyone reccomend a GUI app to use? (I dont care if i have to install a load of backend tools, I just want to be able to create the DVD from within X).
Thanks
Jez
