I'm wondering what kind of integrated software package can do the following for a small company:
1. tele-conferencing over internet,
2. highly effective sharing of text-based notes and graphical drawings with clients or team members over the internet, so that travelling expenses can be minimized.
As I said, I'm interested in an integrated package as opposed to a number of various applications doing various things.
Can such software be bought from store shelves or does one have to go to a specialized software company for customization?
I'm not sure if MS Exchange is what I'm looking for. Is there any other software besides Exchange? Thank you for the info.
