I do not expect that I have to rebuild my Symposium Call Center Server due to the problem that I have. I'm using SCCS 04.02.06 with SU12S. We have trouble with Standard Agent By Supervisor report. The Time in State column does not function correctly. The symptom I’ve seen so far are as follow:
- So many users have the same Time in State count even though they are not in their state at the same time. For example, I’ve seen at least 10 user display 00:35:17 in Time in State column.
- Time in state counter keeps reset the counter at a random time.
- Time in state counter reduces or increases time randomly. For example, user1 has been idle for 35 min, no call, then it change to 31 minute or 37 minute on its own. Whenever that happen, it impacts multiple users as well.
- Threshold color in the Time in state (bar) column are not working right, one can get RED color even though it show 5 min time in state.
I contact the maintenance company who takes care of our PBX system when it is in critical. I showed him the problem and he suggests me to build another Windows 2000 server with Symposium installed same version same patch, restore database then switching over. I do not have SU12S and I don't see where I can get it since Nortel has long gone. I'll really appreciate it, if some one can help me get this update or give me some advice to solve the problem.
Regards,
Joe
