Looking for Sydba.dll for Impromptu 2.0

Hi Everyone,
I am getting this error after upgrade from 5.0 to 6.0:
Error number -53:

DMS-E-YV_SGINOLIB, Unable to locate the gateway 'sydba.DLL'.

The dll file sydba.DLL goes back to version 2.0.
I appreciate if anybody can help me to find this file.

I have no problem creating new catalog in 6.0 or 7.0 using Sybase 12.0.0.4/P/swr 10048 esd 2.
