First off i want to say thanks to all who have responded to my requests. This site is great. Now to the question.

I currently use Shared Technologies for support (not happy with them) we are looking at NACR for possible replacement. Does anyone use them? Who is the # 2 player in telecom support?

Thanks

Yes i need a national vendor. Not someone who says they are then subs out.

Yep you certainly don't want someone that sub contracts out, so you probably need to list your sites to see if someone has a recommendation on which national vendor to utilize. Chances are if you have a pretty remote site that national vendor may end up subbing anyway :)
Best of luck!

Even with the big boys it is all about location. You can have an awesome Verizon tech in the DC area and one completely cluess in Vegas (dont anyone get mad, just using examples of cities and provider)

Who do you feel gives the best support and customer service. Who do you feel are the top 3 vendors?

centry link (the old sprint) att, the old bell x people.. but that's in this area.. ands again it depends on if you get the best man on that team or the worst. i've worked for both, the worst man on the team can't log in without a crib note, the best can write and publish patches.

note to johnthephoneguy: i know that jerk in vegas.. (and if your still out there Bill O, have a good weekend.)
