Has anyone used this book to get their Sol 10 certification?

Sun Certified System Administrator for Solaris 10 Study Guide (Exams CX-310-200 and CX-310-202)

Just wondering if it would be worthwhile. All comments, good and bad, would be appreciated.

It's an OK book. I took an upgrade exam, and there were not many questions related to new features of Solaris 10, less than 40%.
