Hi all,
My client wants me to run a really simple / quick-and-dirty session for some spare parts inventory controllers. There are systems in place- both adhoc Excel type stuff as well as the proper Oracle systems, but manager is worried the controllers are working in the dark because they have little or no understanding of basic stuff like stock control principles (including stuff like housekeeping and stock room layout). They don't know anything about ROLs and ROQs althought their spreadsheets do this stuff for them.
So, I'm looking for material to use to pou together a simple training session to cover all of this- I've found some stuff via Google, but if anyone can point me at material they know of I'd be grateful...
