Hello all,

I'm looking for a server but I'm starting from the ground up - meaning I do not know much about servers at all. I need a high-end server that is around $20,000 that will hold my SQL server databases. So essentially I just need a database server. Would any of you have suggestions as to what is the best server to go with for this purpose and this price? I'm looking for something that is 3Ghz + with around 4000Mb of Ram.

Call an IBM business partner and get them to raise an IBM techline request and IBM will size the server for you.
