I know this been asked in many shapes and forms but I didn't find one close to what I am about to ask. I have an Access 97 database on the network server and my asp scripts on the web server and it connects properly. I have made many scripts that is a simple insert/delete/update records. I have fixed a query page to find records in a date range to check on the status of certain information. Now I am trying to figure a way that will allow users to have to enter a password and can only deal with there records for deleting/updating. Inserting doesn't matter for they are putting there information anyways. I am trying to figure what is the best way to go about or if there are tutorials that can show some simple code or simple steps to go do this and that and should be fine. Any tips or suggestions be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day.
