Looking for sample POS dataset for analysis

Hi all -- I'm interested in finding a sample POS dataset from either a demo or formerly live setup. I'm pretty agnostic to the actual brand, but I'm having a heck of a time searching for anything currently online that would give me a solid multi-month or multi-year snapshot of the data behind a major POS system.

There was one posted here a while back here:

but that is no longer available on the relevant Google drive. Is there a place where datasets like this exist? I work in data analysis and am interested in building out some reporting for restaurants and delivery services but need some decent data to make some templates and determine use cases.

It could come in a flat file or database; I shouldn't have a problem connecting to any format.
