Looking for Plugins that can make Pattern files

I work with maps and I need to make simple pattern files (simple diagonal lines) that I can use to fill a selected area.

Are there any plugins available to purchase? I need a professional looking fill. My hand-drawn lines are too slow and the lines are not equally spaced.

no need for a plugins here.
use the Ractangualr marquee tool and selcet a "thin square"
[=====================]
then Edit--Transform---rotate to angle u need
then
Edit-->fill...some color
and just copy=paste (making new layers) while the shape is seleceted
then
make a patter of the image
p.s. spacing can be done by using arrow keys while in relatively large zoom....1/2 of pixel differrnce in spacing will not matter
