Looking for patches for Rls 24.25 Option 11C

Hello guys,

I have a customer whose database crashed.The software rls is 24.25 with an option 11c..in EMEA.. I have rebuilt the whole system...need to install patches. please let me know how i can get these patches..

Also there meridian mail(rls8).. is not coming up..it shows the layer 2 is up..but the layer 7 is not coming up...

any thoughts on these would rrrrrrreaaaly help me.

patches might be a problem. Patch library having issues at the moment but I believe you can only go back to release 25.

This is why you need to keep up on your software. All you end users reading this, you might not think you need to keep up with the software but this is a perfect example. Neither software release is supported. How much would it cost your business in lost revenue vs. upgrade costs? Release 8 Meridian Mail was not even considered y2k compliant. I believe you had to be at least release 10 or above.

Which Patches does the System need? If they are not available from Nortel, another option is to copy them from another working release 24 system.As for Meridian Mail, if it is a Y2K issue try changing date to a pre 2000 year on Meridian and see if the AML comes up Layer 2 and 7.
