Looking for old Peachtree FAS installation CD

I need to re-install Peachtree Fixed Assets R1B7 Build 27 on my new computer. Unfortunately Best Software does not support this version anymore (dates back to 1999) and thus does not provide replacement CDs.

Anyone happen to have this version in their closet ? Thanks
