Looking for OCR w/ Auto Batch

We're looking for an OCR program that will take existing PDF files and OCR them at a specified time/date. Of course do a good job of it. Basically we would like to scan them by day and then at night run OCR when it's not hammering our server and people's time. Any suggestions?

Look into ABBYY finereader corperate edition , which comes with a hot folder option which we use heavily .
