I'm looking for ntsam.h and specially for SamQueryInformationDomain definition if anyone can help.

Also my main reason is
It can be called with the domain
information class of "DomainPasswordInformation" to return structure
type DOMAIN_PASSWORD_INFORMATION, within which member variable
PasswordProperties includes the DOMAIN_PASSWORD_COMPLEX flag setting,
among others.
