Hi all,

First post--please be gentle :)

The small company we've been using to support our MICS has had a couple of guys retire and we've been informed that they can no longer support Nortel equipment. The MICS at one of our facilities has recently started having issues where outgoing calls ring but when they are answered there's no audio at either end. Incoming calls do the same thing; when the call is answered there's no audio.

We've had our PRI provider, EarthLink out a couple of times. They replaced the Adtran 908e and the problem went away for a couple of days then came back. They were out yesterday with a T-Bird and determined the circuit was fine. The problem is intermittent as hell so who knows. We were down for 2 days waiting for them to send someone and as soon as they were done testing and they plugged the cable from the Adtran to the MICS back in, the MICS was working again.

Anyway, I'm looking for a support guy in the Boston, MA area. Anyone have any contacts they can throw my way?

Thanks -- Steve
