I don't mind forwarding an AKB here and there to help an individual with a problem. But I believe it would be out of line for me to give out a complete document. I will follow up with my coworkers and see what the stance is on these. As of now Radiant has it in a HTML format that is accessed through the dealers web.

Yeah, most of the POS companies are going to the web-based dealer site for their knowledge base docs. Only problem I have with that is it's nice for the tech to be able to carry on their laptops.
Anyway, my AKBs are of early this year (I think), but for some reason, I am missing some key ones. Thanks Bo.
