On behalf of a client, I am looking for an MFP that supports embedded code faxing. That means that they will be able to send their clients personalized faxes from their CRM app.
I am familiar with ZetaFax. With Zetafax, we put codes from the CRM into the document. As an example:
Either of these two on the first line:
%%[To:{Phone 2}, {First_Name}, {Last_Name}]
%%[Fax: {Phone 2}]
Last Line of the document:
%%[Send]
When printed from the CRM to the Zetafax driver, {Phone 2} turns into the clients fax number and is removed from the doc.
Is anyone familiar with an MFP that does this? My client needs to replace their MFP and would prefer to buy an MFP that supports embedded code faxing rather than buying an MFP, a fax card, Zetafax & pay for two fax lines!
