I'm not new to C++, but I'm VERY new to Visual C++. I tried going through the tutorial at Microsoft and wound up with 10 errors somewheres through it. It's obvious that I need other support to figure out what I'm doing. Can someone point me to some decent URLs on the web to learn Visual C++?
Thanks!

I went to the <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> . Key word search off the front door of visual C++ turned up about 10 returns of books that seem on target. I didn't drill down into any of them, but they seem OK....
Just a FYI.
check out informit.com, the site above referenced this site, good information/books online...

I can recomend two things to correspond between each other
for C++ in general
C++ From the Ground Up Second Edition (ISBN 0-07-882405-2)
and for VC++
Using Visual C++ 6 Special Editino (ISBN 0-7897-1539-2)
of course if you never got into books much
the ISBN is a quick way to find the book
usally if you call a bookstore like either
Borders, or Barnes and Nobles, give them the ISBN and they
can imediatly tell you if a copy exist in their stores.
