Looking for Mastering MFC Development with VC++ 5 1

I'm trying to find the Mastering MFC Development with VC++ 5 CD. Microsoft doesn't make it anymore and the retailers Microsoft gave me don't have any in stock. Can anyone help? Thanks.<br>

Unfortunately you need the CD in the drive to use it. So you must find somebody with the CD and a CD writer. I have the CD but no way to record it for you, sorry.<br>

I have thought about copying the CD. I didn't know anyone who had it, until now. What are the chances of borrowing your CD to copy? I'll pay the shipping and handling. I understand if you don't want to.<br>
