Looking for Ip Office Tech for Upcoming remote programming project

I am a Nortel installer/programmer who is being asked to expand a small IP Office system (403 v2.1) to add 10-12 IP phones at a remote location. I would like to establish a relationship with a knowledgeable, trained tech who can help us remotely perform the necessary programming changes (for hire)
