Looking for Information on Sim Game Scripts

Im looking to create my own Simulated horse game. I'm NEW to scripts and only know basic HTML but have someone to help me.

Our only problems are FINDING the scripts so we can figure out what to do.

I would like a Script that works like these two other games -

http://www.horseland.com

and

http://www.equination.com.

Both are simulated horse games that involve Creation of horses, Entering into shows/races where the animals recieve Automatic points, The members can have their own pages to show off their stuff etc etc..
IF anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
