Looking for info and paid setup for Delivery Dispatch on Micros 3700 5.2

Hello! We currently use Micros 3700 5.2 in our restaurant, and it works great for us. We are planning on launching our own delivery shortly and need to know the best way to do this with the micros system. I see we have the module Dispatch Delivery installed, but we know nothing about how it works or how to set this up. If anyone has good experience with this, please let me know. We are looking for someone to login and set this up remotely to suit our needs at a reasonable price. We can pretty much do anything on the hardware side locally.
