looking for hotfix version of "afd.sys" 2

Hi everybody -
Trying to fix reproducable BSoDs at a Windows 2000 server SP4 Rollup 1 (Stop error 0xCB) which point in the direction of driver "afd.sys". There's a KB article (kb904712) mentioning a hotfix:
29-Jul-2005 02:51 *5.0.2195.7061* 119'056 afd.sys
As Ms refused to send it to me (no Premium support) I'm asking this forum whether there is some kind soul out there which has got hold of this particular version and would be willing to send it to me, so I could try it and rule this option out...

Took your friendly advice and posted the request there as well.

marcdmac: They had the hotfix ready for download (friendly and helpful people).
Though it did not solve my problem, it definitely helped in ruling this option out...
Now I'm wondering where to post this stop error problem for further discussion, as it involves both W2k Server as well as SQL Server..?

I would start in Windows, however you might best be served by paying for an incident at Microsoft for debugging help.
