Looking for GSM Enhnace SMS standard information

Where can I find the real standard (or other explanation document)for GSM EMS messages (Enhance SMS). The real messages I see in the network include addition information in the data field which describe the picture and the text (the information about the picture and the text do not appeared in the heder fields).
