looking for good montage software...

Does anyone know of a good plug-in or application that will do montages such
as the one pictured here:

I'm looking for the picture in picture effect. Seems I used to have
something that did that but can't remember what it was.

many ways to create this....defined brushes...custom patterns with blanding options etc.

There is a program called Mazaika that makes those photomosaic pictures (actually it designed to make the bigger picture from lots of little pictures not just the same picture repeating but that would work too).

You can download it for free and make low res images with the free version, I payed for the full version and now I can make high res full sized documents, it's totally cool. I have really big poster sized ones on my wall that freak everyone out (you tell people that you did it all yourself in Photoshop!!! Hee, hee). Heres the web site:
