A large corporate client I am working with would like to incorporate a pre- and post-test into at least one of their classes. Does anyone know of affordable software that can be used to create, administer, score, and store the results of computerized objective tests?

Other features that would be nice but not necessary are the ability to include graphics, such as screen shots, that test questions relate to; and the ability to do item and test analysis to determine poor items to discard and test reliability, etc. Item security also is a concern.

(By "affordable," I mean not more than $500 or $600, but please don't hesitate to mention any other packages, even if they are more expensive, because if their value can be shown, the money may be found.)

Thanks for your help!

I have a test generator located at it's $30 per year or $4.98 a month. Currently it does not support online test, however, we will be incorporating that in the near future (3 months or so, possibly sooner). The great thing about my site is I never charge for upgrades so if you join today and a month later we upgrade the system there is nothing you have to buy.

What it currently supports is a user entering in questions and answers (Multiple choice, T/F, Fill in the blank, and essay) then you select how many question you want and from what sections it pulls the questions in randomly and randomize the answers. It outputs the final test into a MS Word document which you can save offline and edit the format if desired. There's a demo section take a look. The other thing is you get to suggest improvements or totally new software, of course new software would be another charge (depending on what and how complex it is, but our goals is to keep it around $30 per year -- all software).

I would love to hear any comments you can submit them directly from the site or leave a post here.
