Looking for Genesys Forum

Hi all. We are currently looking at upgrading our current telephony environment to the latest Genesys release, 6.5. I've been trying to find some forums out on the net to discuss any issues that others have experienced during their migration.

Anyone out there know of any good net hangouts for Genesys?
