looking for file sync software

My boss is looking for a way to synchorinze one of the network drives on our Samba box to his laptop, so that he can always have it on the road with him.... nevermind the fact it's almost 10 Gigs. However, he's the boss.... The file sync utility in XP sucks because it seems that it doesn't deal with any inheriting directory structure within that network drive... it just copies the files over.... Does anyone have a good solution?
