Looking for File/Folder share and owner report generator

Does anyone know of a utility or even command line that would produce a detailed report of all folders and files shared and the owners of each? I need to compile a list of every one of them for a migration in progress.

Have you looked at "Computer Management"? There is a shared folders system tool that will give you a list of all folders and files shared. Not sure how you could go about getting the owners names. Although, it shouldn't be that hard to script what you are looking for......

We've used dumpsec. It gives the owner information together with the type of permission. Check this link:
