Looking for Excel properties

I have been hunting through MSDN trying to find the Excel properties and methods to use with VBA. I can do formulas and values but would also like to do the following:

Set Column width
Set Row height
Set Font
Set Background color
Set Borders

See nothing much.

Why not playing with the excel's macrorecorder to get started ?
