G'day all. Here's the situation. We have four job technicians who constantly receive emails with PDF attachments. Now we know how big these attachments can get!!
We also know that when they detach these attachments to their storage directory, it's just a copy of the original attachment which still exists. So now we have 2 copies of the attachment. What I want to do is maybe have an agent to after detaching the attachment, get rid of the original and to just leave a path in the email to where they stored it because they still use their emails for references. So if they needed the attachment that came with that email, you could see the path to where they put it.
Any help would be grateful and I'll put you on my Christmas list too!!
