Looking for ecommerce solution

Hello,
I have a client that would like to setup an ecommerce site and they would like to be able to some pretty specific things with it.

1. track orders
2. log in and submit for a login
3. tiered pricing
4. mass emails to registered customers
5. be able to send specials to individuals that have not purchesed in a while

These are the main points that they require plus the usual things a cart will do.
As I am partial to ASP I was thinking of Comersus but I am not sure if it will do all that is asked.

Any other ideas?
