thanks for this. Is there any more details available for Meridian Mail products NTPS or press release etc ?

Not sure what you're asking for, but MM is MD/EOL. which means no more upgrade or license order available from Nortel. No documentation and no support from Nortel without a PO.

The bulletin number shown above provide more detail.

I am aware of the fact that it is EOL. what I want is to find and print the info relating to this announcement.

Bulletin: P-2007-0101-Global

located on nortel website.

On the product compatibility spreadsheet, Meridian Mail shows a new EOL date of Oct 2009.

MD and EOL are two different states. MD (Manufacture Discontinued) means that the product is no longer manufactured or orderable, there are no expansions allowed, and there is no bug-fix. Repair services, technical support, and emergency recovery are still provided - but are likely billable. Documentation and Replacement Media is still available. EOL (End of Life) means that there is no support of any type.

P-2007-0264-Global "Multimedia Applications Software Support Policies including Contact Center, Self Service & Messaging" (15 October 2007) shows Meridian Mail 12 and earlier as EOL, Meridian Mail 13 is MD with an EOL date of October 2009. Meridin Mail Reporter, Auto Admin, Meridian Mail Net Gateway and PC Applications are all EOL in October 2007.
