Looking for desktop image changing software

Providing you have a dedicated connection to the 'Net (Cable or Dsl) you could have the web page or links to the image as an active desktop web page. You'll need Win 98 or Win 2000 and have active desktop installed.
You could also download the web page to your computer and put the following in the html code:
<meta http-equiv=&quot;REFRESH&quot; content=&quot;3; URL=http://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/uncgi/Earth&quot;>
The &quot;3&quot; represents how many seconds for each refresh.
Pretty easy to do.
If you need assistance with this post another note.

Thanks for your assistance FosTech. I had already tried this, and as I see it there are two problems:
1. I'm ony interested in the picture itself, not any of the buttons or the ability to zoom in by klicking the image.

2. I'm not interested in the default image, and the code sends the data by variables and not by a string in the webaddress, so its not a simple matter of providing another address.

Do you know of a way to get around this? (Especially problem no two.)
