Looking for Database Shell

Hi, I'm looking for a ms access shell that's already put together and just needs to be modified a bit. Basic funtionality will be to track customers and outreach activities associated to each. If anyone has a shell I would appreciate getting the groundwork out of the way.

Microsoft has a number of templates that deal with customers in one way or another. Pick the one that's closest to the structure you need and strip out the unneeded pieces.
