Looking for Create Folder Dialog Box API

I have found and have been using the SHBrowseForFolder to obtain a dialog box to browse local and network drives and folders. I am wondering if there is one similar to this that will allow for the creation of a folder while browsing.

If not, any suggestions on how to combine the SHBrowseForFolder with folder creation functionality would be most helpful.

the SaveFileDialog api allows to create a folder before you save a file. If you want to name the file as well you can combine the two actions with this api.
