looking for callpilot 100 2.1 software

I got a call pilot 100 with 2.1 software and the flash card seems to be corrupted or something.
I can install another callpilots software on this machine and it boots up fine. and vice cersa if I insert this particular card on another call pilot it doesn't boot up.
is ther a way to download teh software from somewhere to a new card or do I need to do thru nortel?

Copy the good one to your PC put bad in PC clear it then copy the good one to the blank one.

should I format the card?

yes. formatting the card will erase everthing on the flash card. make sure the format is FAT32
