Hi!

I'm looking for BlueTooth headset recommendations for 6930 IP sets that work well with MiVoice Business 8.0 SP2. It needs to have a "over-the-head" option and to be mono.
I have already looked into Jabra Evolve 65 and Sennheiser MB Pro 2 but I'd like to have some input on these or other headsets before committing to try one.

Thank you.

I use an over the head HS that I got off of amazon for less than $30.00 (currently $32.00)

12 hours of talk time gets me through a week without needing to recharge

Thanks for the recommendation, it's exactly what we're looking for.
You didn't have any problem whatsoever after upgrading to 8.0 SP2? I heard that BT headsets sometimes disconnect mid-call after upgrading to SP2.

I'm using a 6940 so not an exact match to your request.

I've had long calls but none recently.

We upgraded to SP2 several weeks ago and I've had no issues. (We're a beta site so we might have been on SP2 for longer than that)

The problem I heard wasn't specifically with 6930 but 6940 also. Maybe it was a specific headset brand though.

Thank you for the input. I'll keep you posted on what we try in the end. The info could be useful for someone else in the long run. We plan on deploying a new small call center with this in november.

We have received our MPOW yesterday. One of our executive used it all day yesterday on his computer/mobile/softphone. I have tested it on 6930 today. It's a really great product for the price. However we're not sure it will be the best for our contact center because we fear the microphone will break with heavy usage.

+ Great price
+ Comfortable
+ Audio is perfect.
+ Works great with 69XX phones and other BT devices.
- Microphone looks like it will break in the long run, the arm feels flimsy/wobbly.
- No charging stand, but at this price, can't really complain.

We'll surely buy some for light users but we'll search something sturdier for the contact center.
