Hi,

Does anyone have or know where to get a template for a trifold brochure. When open the right panel folds in first and then the left panel folds on top. (not an accordian fold).

If someone can let me know where to get one that would be great - even better if someone has one already with the proper measurements.

Thanks and I hope to hear from someone soon.

Are you working in metric or US units i.e. mm or inches? A4 size paper or letter size?

Hi, I am working with an 8 1/2" x 11" letter size in inches.

Hi,

Thanks for the link, however it isn't exactly what I was looking for. I need something that has the proper guide lines for a trifold brochure. This one is for a full page flyer. I am looking for something that has the proper measurements for each panel - there are two larger panels and then one smaller one for folding purposes.

Let me know if you have or know of somewhere to get one with all of the guidlines. Thanks

Just set up some guidelines yourself. You start with a page size of 8.5" x 11". The long edge divided by three is 3.67" per panel. Shave a little off the right hand panel (the one that folds in first) and add it equally to the other two. The amount shaved off will depend to some extent on the weight paper it will be printed on - the heavier the paper the bigger the 'shave'.

Try folding some paper of the weight you will be using into three panels, then get out a ruler and MEASURE THEM. Use these measurements to place guidlines on your layout and remember to allow for margins and away you go. Also remember that on the reverse side of the brochure, the shorter panel is on the left hand side. What's so hard about setting up a brochure template?

Hi, Thanks for your info. I am well aware of how to set one up, I was just wondering if anyone had one already that they have setup.

I just thought I could find a template - cause there's many out there but obviously not for brochures.

Thanks anyways.
