I am looking for a document or set of documents for Best Practices for Novell 4.11 (and/or above!), anybody know wher I might get either an example of such a document or a web site (etc) that might help / have such a document?<br>

Check out university web sites. If they are using Netware they usually post their documentation. This is a good place to start.
